As Vice President, Operations for the Katz Group, I was a key member of a small, entrepreneurial development team that grew a national portfolio from 15 to 70 retail properties. It was an ever expanding role, sourcing permanent mortgage financing, investment analysis, purchase and sale due diligence, engaging and managing professional consultants, property managers and contractors, as well as acting as the landlord’s representative to all portfolio tenants.
