Development – New, Re-develop or Reposition Asset

  • Source, manage and monitor development team (i.e. leasing team, professional consultants, contractor)
  • Planning process management: development and servicing agreements, approvals, permits and posted security
  • Preleasing and leasing: tenant evaluation and strategic negotiations
  • Identify barriers and solutions to achieve established goals and objectives (i.e. zoning, physical site features and conditions)
  • Negotiate construction contract and address construction or post construction issues
